I bought an RF Modulator because I have an older television set. Two connectors are the appropriate color (red and white) but the third outlet is yellow while the plugs are green or purple! Thus, I can hear everything but see nothing. What should I do?!

you've tried plugging your video (yellow) cable into all of the weird ones? also, check your AV cable, make sure you didn't accidentally switch it to HD instead of normal display

Well I looked at screenshots of the AV cable that normally comes with the Xbox 360 and it is not the one I received; it appears mine is for HD TV only, hence the green and blue connectors! There IS no yellow connector. :(

I've never seen HD 360 cables that didn't have component and A/V on them regardless if they were 1st or 3rd party Could you post a pic of the cables?

I can't put a pic up but it is a shitty Mad Catz AV Cable (they have been making stuff that doesn't work for close to ten years now). It just has the red and white connectors, but no yellow. It would have been a no-brainer had I not attempted to install this very late at night.
