It's a video game console released back in '90s. Though it was extremely popular in Japan(known as PC-Engine overe there), it wasn't as popular here in the U.S.. You can find out more about it here.
The only reason I'm asking for an available emulator is to be able to play Akumajou Dracula X: Chi no Rondo, considered by many to be the "holy grail" of the Castlevania series. =)

Sorry to bump such an old topic, but after searching thoroughly, I finally found the emulator: HuE v0.70 by ?e?. However, I do not know how to install it in my 3.40 OE-A PSP, as the read-me that came with it was in Japanese(I believe). The zipped folder contains the following files inside: src(a folder that contains more files), EBOOT.PBP, KEY.BMP, KEYm.BMP, MENU.bmp, and the readme.txt.
Can someone please help me with this? I'm desperate... Thanks.
