i havent been on the thread in a while (sorry been busy with work) and tried doing a search to downgrade 3.01 so i can put 3.03 oec or higher , can anyone help me out how to do this for my friend

ur gonna need unpatched Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories, and use the 3.03 downgrader. Google it.
