I've been looking for the answer but didn't found it so excuse me if is already answered, and if it is please direct me to the answer.

I'm thinking about flashing the 360 but first I want to know if it is reversible, as I don't want to loose the extended 3 year warranty.

yes it is reversible. you can flash back to original FW. But to flash in first place, you will have to break the seal and that not reversible.

Don't forget you can keep the seal intact by heating it with a hair dryer and carefully peeling it off. Just put it back in place when done flashing and at a glance it'll look like it never has been tampered with.
