Are there any XBOX VGA TV Converters?

I have a VGA monitor that I would like to use as a TV, so that I can play xbox. I have been doing some research as to how to accomplish this. I surfed the net and found ?Neoya X2VGA?. Has anybody purchased this product are there others? The monitor that I have is 23" monitor manufactured back in ?96. The display resolution is sweet but the converter that I?m talking about states resolutions of 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p modes. The monitor I have doesn?t even fit under these categories because it was made before the beginning of the soon to be HD era. I don?t know if it would work on my monitor.

Has anybody used this, or a VGA TV Converter Box?
I?ve seen for PS2, but I?m looking for one similar to that vga cable but for xbox.

I have seen many people with vga cables. All were made by the owners. I didn't know there were any cables pre-made.
