hi,

i'm looking for tools which can change y positions for ntsc, to move it down. it would fit on my pal tv but i can't find tools for that :/

there are pal2ntsc with y-fix but no go when i want to change it to negative numbers.
i'm also to stupid to change sourcecode which is packed with the tool itself.

I don't know if you've heard of the sksapps website, as its got alot of things like this and various other goodies to download.
