Vista not reading my DVD-Roms (pioneer 112D)?

Hi everyone,

For some reason both my pioneer 112D are not working with Vista (Uptimate). No matter what dvd you put in, vista wont read them properly, I placed a dvd movie in and when i click on the drive vista pops up a small windows and say i need to format the disk before i can use it. This has just happend in the last 2 days and its puzzling me, i also tried to burn some data with nero and that wont work either.

Please help.

Yeah, I've got a friend that this happened too as well! Works fine on mine though and I have the 112 also!

He just gave up and went back to XP!!!
Sorry I can't be of more help, must just be a bug! SP1 should be finished soon...
