I have a 3.10oe-a fw and want to upgrade to 3.30oe or 3.40oe. I have been reading some threads and it seems that 3.40oe seems to have some issues. Does 3.30 oe has any major problems? Will I be able to downgrade back to 3.10oe-a? Also, whats the difference between oe-a, oe-b, and oe-c? If I upgrade to 3.30oe, everything would be the same from 3.10oe-a right? Thanks.
3.40oea does not have major issues, so i recommend u to upgrade to that. and yes it is possible for u to downgrade back to 3.10 oea, but in the following order
Same as btjl90, i'd suggest going with 3.40 OE-A, you shouldn't experience any problems with it.
The A, B, or C after the OE just means which "revision" it is, the later OE's had no changes made to them and therefore only have OE-A.
There is no major noticable difference betreen 3.10 OE-A and 3.40 OE-A as these firmware changes only addressed smallish matters. The only real reason to upgrade is because of the higher game firmware compatibility.
