I think ZX3 put it best and I will warn you the same with words by Vibestar because this is said so well it should be a standard...so starting that standardization here's the implied risk waiver documentary!
This package includes a VSH.prx, update_plugin.prx and paf.prx so be careful...... I'm (like always) not responsible for your actions..
You can open up the zip and dump all inside the flash0 folder into the flash0:/
If you do it manually never put it in KD or MODULE, never never never ever
Oh and make a backup of your files (like all the rco and the vsh.prx,update_plugin.prx and paf.prx)

Download and unrar the pack.
Go to Recovery mode (Tun off your PSP COMPLETELY and hold R during power up)
Go to Advanced / flash0
Delete the "DIC" Folder in flash0 to make at least 2.5 mb room.(This doesnt affect the PSP in any way except for a couple of languages gone missing from System Language)
The ZX3 folder contains a FONT, KN and VSH folders. Dont put the FONT unless you want to.
Put the .txt file found in KN on your flash0 / KN
Next open the VSH folder and open the NODULE folder. You will see a common_gui.prx, vsh.prx and a paf.prx, take all of those and drop it in flash0/vsh/nodule and overwrite.
Now open resource and drag and drop everything in your flash0/vsh/resource folder.
Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
REMEMBER TO MAKE BACKUPS JUST INCASE!!!!!!!

Remember this is for 3.40 OE-A 3.51 m33 only,Might work on 3.52 m33 but no gurantess

Also If After you install this theme and is having probmlems with hombrew etc...
You can install the Patchsfo included in this package into the GAME150 Folder and run it from there and well fix all those problems
