What is the best gba emulator out there and how do i install it??

Download the file. It's called gPSP 0.9.1.5. All you have to do is place the two folders in your GAME150 folder. The only problem is you need the GBA BIOS which is NOT included. You could try Googling it, but I spent nearly 2 hours finding it. I'm not sure if it's legal to outright give you a link on a public thread, so email me at sircrazykid@yahoo.com. I will sent it directly to you, the file is less than 2MB, so it shouldn't be a problem.
