my son has just ruined a psp by upgrading to sony 3.52,we now have one with 2.71 on how do you downgrade and what do you have to do then. i dont know what motherboard it has.thanks for any advice i need all i can get

Turn your PSP where its not facing you and open the UMD door. In the top right hand corner on the inside in the green part of the mother board, do you see IC1003 upside down? If so you have a ta-082. Once you figure out what motherboard you have go here and click show on your downgrader. Should say 2.71-1.50 (ta-082 or ta-086) if thats what motherboard you have. Then follow the on-screen instructions very carefully and you should be downgraded to 1.50. Have fun=]
