my psp is complete off,,its not getting on than how can i go to recovery mode,,,when ever i press start button its light gets on for 5 sec thn turn off but screen is off only,,,,

by this setuation i cant even recover to 1.5

plz if there any other way to recover or start the psp atleast let me know.....

Do you have custom firmware? If you do you are lucky. If not your screwed. Well to boot into recovery mode is to hold on the R button while turning the psp on. Well I hope you got the recovery files ready.

If you can't boot into recovery, you have 3 options.
Sell your PSP, get a new one,
Buy a new motherboard and replace it(by yourself or pay),
Get a modchip.
