cd+r freezes during play..works good for a while but???

i have been burning dvd with dvd decrypter and dvd2one then nero 6...copies well with dolby but freezes on some chapters ..should i adjust the write speed on the burner????

I'm just not following how the subject line ties in with your question.......

To answer your question, there are a few possibilities:
(1) Your DVD player isn't designed to play DVD-R/DVD+R
(2) Your media could be at fault.
(3) You could be burning too fast for the media to handle.
(4) You might need to decrease your output size in DVD2One. I have mine set to 4444 MB instead of the default 4464.

thanks i'll try to adjust the burning speed..should i also adjust the speed in Nero from 2.4 to 1????

I often burn at 1X if I have the time. Lately all my burns have been VHS to DVD conversions so I have the time while the next 2 hour tape runs through.
