Yeah, it's totally possible...
You'll need to purchase a Samsung D162C to be able to rip your games to your hard-drive... and obviously your xbox will have to modded
There are plenty of tutorials on the net about these subjects, just have to know where to look.
Good luck

actually, i don't believe it's possible to 'clone' a 360 game, you can make a copy of it, but it'll be missing certain features that the original had. that's why u have to mod your xbox to play copies

I think your wrong. When you use a samsung D162C or kreon drive you do get an exact clone. However the reason that wont work on an unmodded xbox is because its not burnt on "xbox 360 media."
All the mod does is allow normal dual layer dvds to be read as "xbox 360 media"
So yes youl get a clone. No it wont work unmodded.

Look, in order to make a clone of an xbox 360 game, you need to buy a samsung SH-D162C PC drive flashed with Kreon .81
that is the only drive that will make a clone for you. also, you will need a program called Xbox Backup Creator 2.5 it automates the ripping process. From there, download ImgBurn and select the .dvd file that Xbox Backup creator (XBC) made, then burn to a dvd+r dl disc

Not to make backups from originals... however you can use CloneCD to make another copy of a previously burnt backup. In order to make your own EXACT copies, you need a Samsung D162-C DVD-ROM drive in your PC. When this drive (the D162-C) is flashed with a firmware called Kreon .81 then it will allow the program "Xbox Backup Creator" to make 1 button backups of originals. Hope this sorts out your head...

Ok lets sort this out once and for all.
On an xbox 360 original there are different parts to the disc some can be seen by a normal drive some cant.
You get the video data (Can be seen by a norm drive but only if you make the drive rip it.
You then get the PFI, DMI, and SS
Theese are all parts of the disc that cant be seen by a normal pc drive. Usually people just add theese to their video data at the end.
However kreon flashed drives can read the PFI, DMI and SS meaning you can get an exact clone of that disc using a kreon drive.
Hope that clears stuff up!

lol, not really considering that there are no working ps3 hacks right now
the samsung will cost anywhere from 20-50$ if you look on ebay you can get one for REALLY cheap, i got mine for 28$, and that price included shipping costs
