i just downgraded to 1.50 through gta and when the psp started up i got the blue screen where you press O and it repairs only one problem the sound works but the psp screen wont turn on it will go on then will fade off i turn the psp off then trun it back on and the screen lights up then fades off again. please help me

That sounds like a full brick. Sorry to hear that. Idk what to say as you cant get into recovery as you are not on custom firmware

Yeah, it's bricked. What exactly did you do? Did you follow the instructions EXACTLY as it was, and what firmware were you on before you tried to downgrade? Finally, what your copy of GTA Liberty City Stories the normal or Greatest hits version?
