PSP Browser doesn't work :S

Well everything else works with Wi-Fi, including the online manuals, and in games, just not the browser. When I go into the browser the little thing that asks you to connect to a network doesn't pop up, so I'm assuming that's why the Wi-Fi doesn't turn on as well as the little green Wi-Fi indicator. I thought it was because of the 3.40oe-a, but then I tried 3.03oe-c and 3.51 M33 or whatever... Still no luck. I went back to 3.40oe-a and am still on 3.40oe-a.

Please help me :)

try reformatting your mem stick cuz omce it kept on saying content cannot be displayed, and when i formatted my mem stick it worked. backup any files you might want then go settings->system->and format mem stick (it may be a bit wrong but its something like that)
