hi i am trying to buy the game from ebay but i want to make sure that it is downgradable before i buy it... i herd that there is a number that i can tell me if it it downgredable... Where is it? and what isit? and is the updated version with a diffrend cover?

Can't tell in that picture, have to see the side. There are new PATCHED versions out, so be wary of what you're buying. Ask them what it says on the bottom of the side of the case. If it says:

ULES00043 or ULUS10002

Then you're gonna be in a nice bidding war (prob $60ish). Here's a link to a thread with all the Lumines downgrade information.

They've patched the greatest hits from what I've seen. Not sure about Lumines.. I haven't seen any since it was pulled off the shelves (cept for the 1 clown who traded it in! MUAHAHAHAHA)

I just received a brand new Greatest Hits Lumines the other day. Worked great in downgrading to 1.50.

I bought it from a private seller on Ebay so I'm not sure how old that copy was.

From searching to the end of the internet and back, the consensus seems to be that any version of Lumines 1 will work. If that doesn't satisfy you, ask the guy selling the game what the version number is. He also advertises a money back within 7 days.

I think you'll be just fine...I haven't heard of anyone owning a US version of Lumines that didn't work..

I bought mine off EBAY for a 50 dollar buy now, but when/if you do make sure that there is a fullsize picture of the game case and check too see if its the non patched vs. BTW I dont have the number with my just google lumines downgrade.
