I have a 3.40 0E-A PSP and all I really want to do is Edison Carter's GTA VCS Cheat Device.

I just need help on how to install Devhook!!!

Uhhhhhhhh ... WHY??? GTA: VCS, scratch that, every GTA game comes with codes that you can activate within the game itself. Even if that's not enough, CWCheat 0.9.1.5 is the absolute best cheat device. The latest cheat database has cheats for GTA games too. Since you have 3.40OE-A, CWCheat is all you need. Plus ... CWCheat is has cheats for nearly all USA and EUR PSP games, so it's not limited to just one specific game life Edison Carter!
