getting caught using a mod chip?

this is my first post, and i am always wondering....how would i get caught by ICE or sony using a modchip if im not connected to the internet...

also, is their any ftp programs to transfer things via pc

those 2 questions contradicted each other, but i would like to know..thanks a lot

1) All I know is they are targeting modchip makers/distributors...so unless you are a modchip distributor, I wouldn't worry about it.

2) I don't understand what you are looking for, ftp client? A good one is aceftp, it is freeware.
