Problem Loading Final Fantasy VII PSX saves onto PSP with DexDrive and CWCheat

Hey I'm trying to load my Final Fantasy VII data from my PSX mem card onto the PSP.I was following this guide http://www.gamerspress.com/index.php?tit...talling_CWCheat
I use "dexter" to save my single game file of FF7 onto my computer. The file name is "FF7 SAVE03 01 56.mcs" I renamed it to "SCUS_94163-0.mcs." After I installed CWCheat, I put the saved game file onto my PSP in the "mc" folder. When I load FF7 and load CWCheat, I selected "load mem card 1" and it just said "open error 0x80010002!" Can someone tell me why it won't load the saved file from my psx memory card? Thanks.
