am i correct in that this drive is not supported in nero????

can someone tell me what software supports this and how to burn dvd with it?

I paid $120 for a Nec 1300D (Dual drive + and - disc) and I've done about 10+ back up movies, couple of VHS tapes transfer to DVD without a coaster so far (using DVD X Xpress, Pinnacle Studio 8 and Nero 5.5.10) you may want to pay more for Sony etc. it' up to you! Althouhg, all of the DVD burner now DOSEN'T like cheap media! I tried to save a dollard or two by using Comp USA 1x disc, it burned like a champ but when play back time...man...it played for 2 mins then it freeze for few seconds...then the whole things repeated over and over...well, take care and good luck guys!
