Just read on wikipedia that there is a closed beta and a open beta. what is the difference? also, it said that the open beta starts from august to fall. does this mean that you can use the beta?

i wouldnt say all the time but you could say that about any website. the only reason i looked on wikipedia is coz i googled ps3 home.

that is actually correct, there is a beta comin out in august allowing 50 000 people to join

Yeah but once the open home beta comes out I bet people are just going to use the proxy method to get it like they did with warhawk, I tryed but it didn't work for me. Don't mind waiting though.

The proxy method for Warhawk worked really well for me..so I really can't wait for the open beta. Hopefully the proxy thing will work for Home..fingers crossed;)
