Dead Rising Backup issue

I am having an issue where my rom drive in my pc wont read the dead rising disc, but my burner will. I am trying to use xbc 2.5 and no luck with the rom reading the disc. When I insert the disc, nothing shows up. All my other discs show up on the rom drive(dvd-rom sh-d162c tso4) /w Kreon 81.

I'd first make sure the disc is clean. If it still doesn't indentify the disk in XBC 2.5, I'd try XBC 2.4 or Schtrom (msp) 3.2

The main problem is getting my pc to read it. I cleaned it, but nothing happens. My burner will read it and my 360 too.

Changing it to 2.4 didn't make a difference. Maybe its a bad disc for my rom to read. Its just odd that this is the only disc that wont read. It spins in the drive, then nothing. It says insert disc.
