i m a NOB and i wanna play DOWNLOADED GAMES om my PSP-PLEASE HELP

Hi Guys,
i relly need a lot of help for playing downloaded games on my psp...i have tried many different ways to make it work but i have not been successful up till now...i m kind off dumb at these matters so i need a complete detailed guide for playin downloaded games on my psp...i want someone to help me who has already done(and tested) this stuff before and is eveready to help at any time...i dont want my psp to get bricked and i dont wanna spend more money on buying more games...i need a guide which even tells me from where i can download the games for my psp...my psp details are as follows:-
1- System Software version 2.71
2- IC6001 is written in the UMD drive(nothin else is written)
3- i have a 1 GB Memory Card
4- PSP 1004 is written at the bottom of my PSP
PLEASE HELP

you need to downgrade to 2.71 first...BUT check what type of mobo you have. open the umd slot and look at the top right side...there will be a green face of the motherboard showing. do you have gold writing there? if you do then you use this to downgrade. if you have no gold writing use this. . then come back and talk to me when you're done all that.

@marlino123 no offense but can you read? he says that he has ic6001 inside the umd drive on the mother board
and you dont need to check you just need to update to 3.50 not 3.51 and downgrade with noobz lumines downgrader it automatically patches the mobo if it needs it and it would not let you continue without patching if it needed it.... sorry but i thought i would point it out
but in the your side of this argument you need to buy lumines!!! to do this so its up to you ronnie
and i dont think the mods will like your thread title as its not really appealing for help

none taken lmao, sorry i didnt read that part. but still he doesnt need lumines tho. i found the downgrader he needs thats it. how do u have a psp thats firmwre 1.01? adn how are you still waiting.

if you are on 2.71 there is a downgrader that does NOT require Lumines or GTA. If you are on ta082 or 086 make sure you go for the one that say 'Corrupt Free' so that your keys will not be corrupted.
dl.qj.net will be your best bet

qj has more stuff and i like it, but psp-hacks.com has all the basic stuff and its alot more organized.

I dont know if that was intentional or not, but bumping the thread unnecessarily like that will get you into trouble...
You want to go HERE
for your downgrading needs...Scroll to the one that says -2.71 PSP, and click "show" follow the directions carefully...There are links also for the files you will need in the guide..Good Luck!

its actually 1.00 but i changed it to 1.01 with version changer lol... and im waiting for noobz to get rid of the stuck firmware coz its killing me... i already donated £25/$50 to them... i think they will be pleased
