i have 3.40 OE-A, and my game worked fine last night when i put it in the iso folder, but, it wont work now, it says the game couldnt be started, whats wrong?

Is the game An EBOOT File, (EBOOT.PBP) Or an ISO File (xxx.iso) , where xxx is the filename.
