Can I downgrade from this firmware if I upgrade from 3.40 oe-a to m33 3.52?

It's easy to do so. Run the 1.50 Recovery Winstaller. Then boot into Recovery Mode (boot holding R-Trigger) and run the recovery option. From 1.50 you can upgrade back to 3.40OE-A or if you're willing to give M33 another try, run the update #2 on M33 and try the upgrade.
