Are there any acive modders still in the NYC region.
I have done a fair bit of soldering back in my school days but was never good at tiny connections.
Also, it seems my wii is one with the cut legs (bought 2 weeks ago, so most likely it's a cut leg piece) so I'd rather trust someone experienced to do it.
If anyone in this area has the knowhow, and is willing to do this for a small fee, please post back or drop me a line at

Just look for a modded Wii on CL. I still see them for sale and I think modders are now just offering a modded Wii in exchange for an unmodded one and $100 or so.

I know a guy in Brookyln who does it for 50$'s. I had mine done by him. He's my friends brother so yeah. he does it for 50$ for anyone though. I only paid him 40 :P
