Not that I know of. Are you trying to get a save game from a ps2 to work on the psp? For what application?

umm. What im trying to do is basically get my final fantasy 8 data from my ps1 memory card and use the data on my psp wh8ile i play ff8.

Honestly, I don't know of such a thing. Sorry man. Maybe some leet way with action replay or code breaker, but I doubt it.

Google for some ideas, but I think you are heading down a dead end.

this would be great for PS3s. The reason for this is because the PS3 doesn't accept PS2 memory cards so what you have to do is buy a memory card reader. But the PS3 accepts Memory Stick Pro Duos so what you can do instead of buying a memory card reader is transfer the PS2 saves onto the memory stick and from the memory stick you can transfer to the PS3 hardware.

I have been able to transfer PS2 game save files from my PS2 memory card to a PSP using Gameshark2 for Playstation 2 since it supports USB. I start the Gameshark, get to the save file section and it brings up a source and destination window and it will see my PSP (after hooking it up with a USB cable to a USB slot on the PS2 and putting the PSP in USB mode) and the PS2 memory card. Either can be the source or destination. I don't know if the save file format will be readable by the PSP as it is (it may but I haven't tested this), but I only do this as a means to get the PS2 save as a file onto my PC to email to people or whatever. Once on the PC, you could probably convert it to other formats with various utilities out there.

Don't know if you can use the PS3 PS2 memory card reader on your PC. And copy the the save files of the memory card. Would need PC drivers for the card...if they exist.
