Yes if u have a modem somewhere to get signal-

thanx, will i need wireless or a special lead, i have the usb one. and when i want to go the internet on the psp would it have to be connected to the comp at all times?

The psp can only connect through Wi-Fi so unless you have a wireless router/modem, then you can't access the internet on your psp.
