comress a iso without a pc?

Yes. First, you need to print an image of the iso out. Maybe take a screenshot of the icon which represents the iso on your pc screen. Once you have printed it out, you can then take it w/ you anywhere and when you feel like compressing, just crumple it up and do w/e you want w/ it then. Throw it away, try to fit it in your PSP. Maybe it will play!
