Whats the best way to down grade psp 2.60. do i need an exploit or what.

Upgrade to 2.71 and use the 2.71 downgrader. Google search for the files.

i used xtrusion for mine,but make sure you know what your mother board is before doing it,because if you use the wrong one you will definatly brick your psp

white TA-082 fully bricked using wrong downgrade another white TA-082 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.40oe-a then to 3.52m33 > 1.5 > 3.80 ofw > pandora battery & magic memory stick to get 1.5 then 3.52m33 > 3.71m33 > 3.80m33, psp's still alive!!!
