just finish downloading a x-box 360 iso how do I burn it do I just use alcohol 120 or should I do something first.

use imgburn
or
clone cd if it came with a .dvd file that would be the easiest way to go...
rememeber to set the layerbreak...
check the mod/hack faq for the layerbreak number

Seems to me that blatant talk of piracy is ok here unless you specifically say "I don't own the original"
Please mods, is there anything you can do when if you use common sense and know this guy doesn't own the original because of what he said?

Yeah, you're right. But wouldn't it better instead of just telling them.. we teach them how to do something themselves? All we should do is point in the right direction and answer technical questions. Just my 2 cents.... and thoseare probably worth half that since it says "newbie"

if they wanted to to learn they wouldn't have asked this simple ass question,thats posted all over the internet.
all they want is an answer.
this makes no sense that normal members are aggravating me more than the noobs.

plus, just for the record, he did not say he download a game. He said an ISO. Could be a freeware iso? who knows.

Ever seen any freeware xbox360 games? Me either.
My whole point in stating what I said above which started this whole mess was that we shouldn't help anyone who is trying to use Alcohol 120 to backup/burn an Xbox360 game. Obviously he doesn't know what he is doing so maybe we should've pointed the guy in the direction of a tutorial instead of helping a blatant pirate.
