can anyone please tell me how i can play downloaded ISO games on my psp?
i am currently on firmware v3.02.
what must i do to get them to work?

you need to be on custom firmware (which you can install from 1.5FW)

you will thus need to downgrade.
you can do this from either 3.03 (using an unpatched GTA UMD) or DG from 3.50 (using an unpatched Lumines UMD)

IF you have the disc you need then you will need to update form 3.02 to the appropriate FW (dl.qj.net will have the FW EBOOTs you need)

place EBOOT.PBP in the following folder and run it on psp
ms0:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE

i dont have 3.03, i have 3.02, does anyone have a link so i can upgrade to 3.03 from 3.02?

already given you one, surely you can search dl.qj.net for the EBOOT you need? :)
