hi my computer is mystery is turn off by her sefl only when I'm on internet,MSN or itune for plug my ipod can you help?

Sounds like a corrupted driver, or software installation. You'll have to shut off the automatic shutdown, so you can view the blue screen and get the crash code.

Go to My Computer, right click, go to Properties. Click on the Advanced tab, then click on Settings under Startup and Recovery. Uncheck all boxes at the bottom... set the memory dump pull down menu, to None.

Next time your computer restarts, you'll get a blue screen with some information on what caused the crash.

Post that back here.
