ok so i've got this game here on my HD...
(I have burnt 40 360 games so far and never has this happened)

there 7 files and a .dvd file

How do i join up all 7 files to make one 360 ISO file for ixtreme patching?

Just burn the .dvd file at 4x with CloneCD.

This is a backup of a backup created with CloneCD, hence the 7 - 1GB .000 .001 files...

its not stealth patched i think, cause it wont work on my 360...

I know it's hard to search sometimes because titles to threads really stray from where the real problem lies, but in this case just open the .000 file with Winrar and it should let you extract an .iso file

You then patch that .iso file with the proper stealth files with XDVDMulleter.

After patching, burn the new .iso with your preferred burning program.

Edit - If Winrar doesn't work then if you don't mind wasting a DL disc, just burn the thing as is and then make your own ISO file from the disc. Use IMGBurn instead of CloneCD and it will create a 7.05GB .iso file. Patch that .iso, burn.
