I have tried using vmware on my computer i have checked and i have downloaded the correct one.

I need this to run on my computer because its only windows me. :(

I get a error saying
"setup is not configured and is unable to continue"

Try using Virtual Machine 2007, its a free virtual pc program from microsoft.
