can i upgrade my psp v3.03 to nothing higher than v3.50

why do you want to upgrade for,get custom firmware

1 semibrick recovered back to 1.5 > 3.40oe-a
white TA-082 fully bricked using wrong downgrade another white TA-082 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.40oe-a then to 3.52m33 > 1.5 > 3.80 ofw > pandora battery & magic memory stick to get 1.5 then 3.52m33 > 3.71m33 > 3.80m33, psp's still alive!!!

without downgrading it back to 1.5 or without using GTA

well if you want to get custom firmware,and you are on 3.03 you need gta lcs,the only other way is to upgrade to something like 3.50, but then you need lummines,i think there your only options
