where will i put the font folder, reboot icon installer and the vsh folder?? please help! im confused..

Look at your flash0, you will have a font and a vsh folder in there. The reboot icon installer, no idea, don't put it in your flash.

But since you had to ask as to where to put them, i would advise aganst changing anything in your flash, as something in the wrong place can brick your psp.
