Whats the difference? I mean could CSO files work with the Iso on the psp? Umm, I'm guessing not well yeah if someone could please define the difference I would highly appreciate it.

cso's are iso's exept they're compressed. they'll run slower because they are compressed but they will save you space. they will still work in your psp under the ISO folder.
