I'm running firmware 3.40 OE-A and whenever I try playing any of the Smackdown games my PSP freezes, I haven't een played a single match. Is there a way to get it working? Will it work on 3.52 M-33?

Maybe it will work on 3.52 M33.
You should still update anyways.

Make it a cso.
Try putting a lowercase v in font of the game.
Ex. vSmackdown.cso

Or a bad download.

dont make it a cso because for the smackdown games it will be very slow and will make it freeze during the menu or in matches and when i had 3.40 oe-a both smackdowns were working perfect for me so try it on 3.52 M-33 or M-33 2 and if it still isnt working right it was a bad download

To make it not slow go into recovery and run games at 333 speed.
