is there any way I can get in tokyo (japan) an ntsc (usa) xbox 360 console???

not all region games will work with an ntsc console.

why do u want a ntsc one?

if u want one, import one or come to the us and get one.

Both Japan and USA are NTSC consoles, but they are different regions. Europe and Australia are PAL and the rest of the world more or less is NTSC.

I live now in japan but I don't want to buy an ntsc-j console. my question if there is a place to by an ntsc (usa) xbox 360 console.
