Is there any way of getting a 7GB DVD onto a normal blank DVD(4.7GB)without losing functionality with the menus and so forth! If there is what the best way of doing it and whats the best software to use to do this

Rip DVD.
DVDFab HD Decrypter
Run program, insert disk, select 'Main Movie' or 'Full Disk'

Compress the output.
DVD Shrink:

http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_.../dvd_shrink.cfm

Download, install and run.
'Open Files' choose the folder with the DVD files.
Click 'Backup!' and save as an ISO image file or to a folder.

Burn the output with 'ImgBurn'

Run ImgBurn
Click 'Mode' > 'Build'
Click 'Output' > 'Device'
Click 'File' > 'Browse for Folder', highlight on the 'VIDEO_TS' folder, > 'OK'
Set burning speed to 4x and click the green write button.

if it's an ISO imge to be burned, select 'Mode' > 'Write'
