There are many questions and problems concerning this subject so to solve all those problems, I decided to make an easy guide.
Requirements:
1) A Standard PSP or a Slim PSP
2) A Memory Stick Duo with enough space (depending on the movie or video size)
3) A USB cable to connect your PSP to your computer or a Memory Stick Duo card reader (can also be an computer-intergrated reader)
4) The movie or video saved on your computer
Instructions:
1) Get the MPEG-4 movie ready. If it isn't in MPEG-4 format, then convert it using the 3GP Converter, which you can download HERE. It's the fastest converter for PSP videos or movies that I know of! You can also download PSP Video 9 HERE to convert the file to MPEG-4. After you've finished converting, you will get two files: the MPEG-4 file (which is the movie) and the .THM file (which is just a thumbnail that you won't need).
2) Connect your PSP via USB or your Memory Stick Duo via the Memory Stick Duo reader to your computer.
3) In the root of your memory stick, create a folder in CAPS called "VIDEO" (without the quotes, of course).
4) Go to the output folder where the new and converted movie file is and copy the MPEG-4 file in the "VIDEO" folder.
5) In your PSP, select the Memory Stick Duo icon from the Video section. You will find the movie there. Select it and there you go!
Enjoy,
BTFan

It's not that everyone knows this, it's that there's other threads about it and if someone wanted to find it out they could just use the search bar.

This thread may seem very useless but if you search in this forum for "how to put movies on your PSP" questions, you'll be surprised. And before you criticise, I also want to tell you that I have a few friends, about 2 who asked me the questions so this thread will help.

I was wondering, I went to download the 3GP Converter and it gives three options for download:
Download [ 3GP Converter 0.34 ]
Download [ 3GP Converter 0.34 - Mirror ]
Download [ 3GP Converter 0.34 - Mirror ]
Which is Needed?
Thanks In advance.

PSP Movie Experess is just a trial. In the trial, you can only convert 5 minute leingth movies (videos actually). Then you gotta pay.
inigma20, like he said, they're all the same.

What you just said was how to view a Movie.iso on your PSP. My guide was about how to view MPEG-4 videos on your PSP. Plus, what you wrote is all wrong and unclear.
There is a tutorial by zooom1834.

I downloaded the 3GP Converter but since the install was in Japanese even though it had an English version after install I decided to go with the PSP express. IT WAS SO EASY TO USE. For a first timer with psp this was way to easy to use as well as fast. It puts the movies on the psp in the folder for you as well for anyone who hasn't used it. It may not be the best I don't know, I haven't used anything else so I can't say. But man is it easy 9 out of 10.

Even PSP Video 9 ( http://pspvideo9.com ) puts everything in your PSP but it doesn't work for some computers.
PSP Video 9 is free and not a trial while PSP Movie Express is free for a few conversions then you must pay or else you can't use it anymore. Now the makers os PSPME aren't dumb so they know your IP address so that you won't download another copy.

I am on firmware 3.71 M-33. I have a movie in ISO format and I am not sure where it goes. I have a video folder and another folder called MP_ROOT where my other movies go. Yet, I can't seem to make this one (iso) work. Anyone?

How can you say it doesn't work, this is the most common and simple PSP guide. Same thing for slim.
There might be one thing, I heard you need version 2.81 or more.

Is this comment regarding the LE Recovery? If so this has to be for the custom firmware that it has been designed for
