patching using xdvd muller??? again a little help

Hey my games arent stealth patched and I read using XDVD Muller is supposed to patch them automatically after I rerip them using dvd clone. I only have 1 game that I need to do this for because my OG is scratched to the 3rd power LOL. I open up the program however, I have no idead which option to choose. If anyone can give me a quick review how to use this muller program I would greatly appreciate it thnx.
