I need help with the gta vcs cheat device

I need help to get the cheat device for Grand Theft Auto Vice City Stories and I need help learning how to install it and i need to learn how to use it because i am new at this.

You need firmware 3.03 OE-C

firmware 2.71 but i had some other program istall it with devhook

hEY WHAT FOLDER is this that it says in these instructions Open the 2.71 TA-82 or higher downloaded files and extract all files to the root (topmost folder) of the memory stick.

Extract (open) the TA-082 downgrader files and put them on the first screen you see when you connect your PSP to the computer.

ya well i tried before with the [13500_VCSCHEATERV0.1BETA]and [13251_GTACheatDevicePack2]and VCSCheatDevice23a.zip
