i am using xtreme 53

and keep getting the error

orig.bin file is not 256kb

i am using the ntfsdoscd method

any tips?

No tips just some info. The *.Bin file needs to be 256k after you put your key into it. I would manually hex edit the key from your orig.bin to your new bin and afterwards ensure that the file is 256k. If it is not something is screwed up and it is a good thing you are having error's else your in for a brick. I used this guys method of hex editing and have no problems.
