3.4le v3 + *.CSO

Is there any reason someone can tell me why my 3.4le v3 PSP won't recognize a *.cso?

I can use an ISO just fine, but when I load a CSO on a memory stick I get "there are no games" from my PSP.

is the .cso in caps cause i saw somewhere that that can make it not work it has to be all lower

Nope. I don't use capitals at all in file names.
