Hey im looking to softmod my xbox using hotswap method is there any tutorials out there that can help me???

okay i found a tutorial that showed me how to mod xbox now heres my other problem i got the stock harddrive in the xbox now but i got a 80 gig just layin around doin nothin so im thinkin of adding it so i can have a lil more space to store games but i think theres still windows xp on it... what and how do i go about makin it ready to install in xbox???? can someone please help?
