You need to open a browser window, on your PC, and go into the modem's settings manually. Nine out of ten, the ip address is:
192.168.1.1
Put that into your internet address bar, like a normal website. If it asks you for a password, try using nothing for user/pass, if it won't accept it try a using admin and default, they are commonly set from factory.
Also; it should be noted, this is not garaunteed to work. Your modem is one of the few that is not on Microsoft's 'compatible' equipment list for the 360; and a browse of the great and powerful WWW reveals that your modem has about a 0% compatibility report. It doesn't work for anyone. It appears to have something to do with the way your modem functions in regards to EMTA and it's built in VoIP configuration, this seems to be a part of the problem.
By chance, is your ISP 'cablevision'? I ask, because of all the reports I read, only two of them did not mention this ISP, because they didn't mention any at all. It almost sounds like some ISP got a bulk deal on hardware which was known by it's manufacture to have a slight problem....
Unfortunately, nowhere on the internet is there more specific information on this, I even found the manual for your product, but it is honestly completely useless, the manufacturer is a small company that appears to make cheap products which are sold in bulk, rather than true retail-not a good sign at all.
In all honesty, unless there's a specific reason that you need that modem, you really should get a more common one, like a motorola, a linksys, Buffalo, D-Link, or even Netgear. But in all seriousness, after researching online, I am 100% certain that the problem is your modem, it's not defective, it's just that it's VoIP function interfere's with Microsoft's voice configuration as well. That's why you're having the problem.
Sorry I didn't have better news for you. If you're not using the phone line connections in that modem, then try using the IP address I gave you above, to disable the VoIP functions. That might make it work. Other than that, you're not going to get that modem to work. :/
Sorry mate. At least you have a definitive explanation of the problem.
Manual, for your reference:
