Don't do anything rash yet, you downgraded which was the hard part. All the folders you are "missing" are only created/used in a custom firmware. A custom firmware is a special type of firmware, for example 3.50 (what you downgraded from is a firmware). Firmware 3.50 didn't let you do anything that special. But with a custom firwmare there is SO much you can do, from customizing the XMB to playing homebrew and iso's, to saving your PSP from a brick. There are multiple custom firwmares out. What type of stuff do you want to do with your PSP? Mainly play games? Mostly homebrew? Really want to customize it?
